  • Size Exchange Policy
  • No exchange for BOGO Sale products 
  • Size exchanges are eligible strictly within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    Exchange request to be sent to reachus@mooshakstore.in or Whatsapp us on +91 87783 19902.  
  • Specify the desired size or any other reason for which you need to issue the exchange
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, in original packaging.
    Once your return pickup is confirmed
    PACK - Pack the product in the SAME packaging, with the labels and tags intact.
    PICKUP - Delhivery courier executive will make 3 attempts for picking up the return product, post which the system will automatically cancel the return request.
    Kindly answer the executive's calls and fix a convenient time for the pickup.
    EXCHANGE process - Our team will process your exchange request and send you the required size at the earliest.
    Exchange allowed once per order.
    Incase the desired size is not available, Mooshak will issue the customer a Credit note with a validity of one month.

  • Returns and Exchange Policy

    • We urge you to check the size chart for apparel before you place the order.
    • If your size falls in-between two sizes, please opt for the larger size.
    • Color appearance of the products may have a slight variance due to monitors or lighting and this is not deemed to be faulty.
    • Since the fabrics we use come directly from weavers, each fabric may have a slight design and thread variation in placement and overall outcome. We hope you cherish this uniqueness of the fabric.
    • Each product is packed with utmost care and individually checked for Quality assurance before it is shipped.
    • We will do our best to ensure you have all the information regarding the design, fabric, color and fit prior to making the order.
