Returns and Exchange Policy

• We urge you to check the size chart for apparel before you place the order.
• If your size falls in-between two sizes, please opt for the larger size.
• Color appearance of the products may have a slight variance due to monitors or lighting and this is not deemed to be faulty.
• Since the fabrics we use come directly from weavers, each fabric may have a slight design and thread variation in placement and overall outcome. We hope you cherish this uniqueness of the fabric.
• Each product is packed with utmost care and individually checked for Quality assurance before it is shipped.
• We will do our best to ensure you have all the information regarding the design, fabric, color and fit prior to making the order. 

Refund/Return Policy:

• No refunds or returns once a product is sold.
  1. Size Exchange:
• Eligible within 2 working days of delivery.
• Exchange request to be sent to reachus@mooshakstore.in or Whatsapp us on +91-7904832375.
• Specify the desired size.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, in original packaging.
• Exchange packing format : Include your Order ID, name, address, contact number and email ID on the parcel. Pack the product and the invoice in original packaging.
• Exchange allowed once per order.
• Incase the desired size is not available, Mooshak will issue the customer a Credit note with a validity of one month.
